HOW TO ORDER

  1. To order any of Narishige products, please complete your official purchase order with the following information:
    1. Your Letterhead
    2. Your Contact Details
    3. VAT Number (VERY IMPORTANT)
    4. Purchase Order Number
    5. Delivery Address
    6. Invoice Address
    7. Order Details
    8. Special Instruction (If any)
    9. Your Signature

    If you do not have a template of an official purchase order, please find the sample and blank template as follows.

  1. Please send your official purchase order by FAX or PDF file.

    * We do NOT accept purchase orders in any other formats.

SHIPPING

Shipping and insurance costs will be charged.

  1. TNT Express (for EU customers) or Interlink Express (for U.K. customers)

    We will assume responsibility for items shipped by the above couriers.
    If a customer requires alternative arrangements, we regret that we cannot accept any responsibility for delivery of items, loss, damage or otherwise.

  2. Royal Mail

    Posted items should be small enough to fit into a padded bag (Max. size: A4 210mm × 297mm). If the cost of items plus delivery exceeds 250.00 Euros, we will not be able to send it by Royal Mail. Royal Mail insurance will not cover more than 250.00 Euros per item.

    * Royal Mail International Signed For: 16.00 Euros (inc. insurance) for EU customers
    * Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day: 9.00 Euros (inc. insurance) for U.K. customers

    PAYMENT

    1. BANK TRANSFER

      Please remit the full payment of the invoice by bank transfer to our account with our bank details which is written on the bottom of the invoice.

    2. CARD TRANSACTION

      You can choose to pay by credit card or debit card. The transaction currency is GBP only. We will charge an amount in GBP which is written on the bottom left of the invoice.

    1. CHEQUE (UK customer / GBP only)

      UK customers can choose to pay by a cheque in GBP which is issued in the UK.
      * If a cheque in currency other than GBP is received, the cheque will be returned to you.
      * As the Currency of our invoice is EUR, please see the amount in GBP in a note on the invoice and pay the full amount in GBP.

    Make your cheque payable to "Narishige International Ltd" and write our invoice number on the back. Send the cheque to Narishige International Ltd, Unit 7, Willow Business Park, Willow Way, London SE26 4QP, UK.
